  • He joined Recruit in April 1980, still new and then unknown, as the company celebrated its 20th anniversary.
  • He joined the company because he saw potential for the future. He did not like Toyotomi Hideyoshi (not the king of one country) very much, but he believed in the possibility of the future. It was the same idea as Hideyoshi’s decision to serve Oda Nobunaga. He believed that the speed of his own growth was not enough, and that the speed of the companies he rode on was important.

  • He was instrumental in rebuilding the company, which had once been in financial crisis due to the bursting of the bubble economy. He worked for 5 years on the restructuring of the Guam resort, which was one of the most important issues at the time. He completed the resort by constructing a hotel building, two condominiums, and a 9-hole golf course. In addition, he was involved in the creation of a new concept, incorporating sports and spa facilities. New concept: “To Resort & Spa”.
  • He personally made the top call to invite the Yomiuri Giants spring training camp and the Japan Swimming Federation’s training camp for athletes.
  • For 10 years from 2005, he worked in the Leasing Department of Leopalace21’s core business, contributing to the company’s profitability. Mainly responsible for the establishment of the Corporate Sales Department and the expansion of the Overseas Sales Department into East Asia (Korea, China, Taiwan).
  • For 5 years from 2014, in charge of the Corporate Business Promotion Division, a newly established department. He promoted company-wide business improvement, productivity improvement, work style reform, etc. across the entire company using IT and IOT.
  • In 2017 and 2018, the company was selected as an “Aggressive IT Management Brand” for two consecutive years.
  • During the same period, as Director of International Business, he developed and operated serviced apartments in the ASEAN region (Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam). Planning and operation of serviced offices (Philippines, Myanmar, Korea, Vietnam).
  • May 2020 After 20 years of service and fulfilling his responsibilities, he retired to move on to the “3rd stage of his life”.
